Whew~ A lovely well deserved recovery week....originally planned to jog twice...but one of the runs turned into a sparring session (long story~)....so i just had one short run over the weekend....didnt take it too heavy since next weekend's gonna be the help trekathon....hope so see some (if not all) of you guys there! :)
