John : Week 14

Took a bit of a break from regular runs to introduce strength focused weights and other stuff to my physical routine....did do one stair run though...stats follow... ;)

Total Floorage? : 40 Stories (up and down)
# of stairs : 760 (one way)
Vertical Distance : 114 m
Total time (all the way up and down) : 10 minutes 20 seconds
Average time per storey (up and down) : 15.5 seconds

Also lifted 1200kg in a single weight session...good start of a new wave cycle... =)
